Senegal: Design Thinking and Human Centred Design Capacity Development

Consultancy: Design Thinking and Human Centred Design Facilitated Consultation and Capacity Development, commissioned by UNICEF Senegal (2024)

The aim of this consultancy was to provide information and training about the value of Design-Thinking as an area of innovation to deliver on priority results areas for UNICEF Senegal (Social Protection, Child Rights Monitoring and Public Finance for children), for varied programme areas.

Plus to facilitate consultation about potential human-centred design (HCD) intervention in education, child protection, and climate response, to generate programme ideas that are multidisciplinary, not just incremental, to iterate faster, to collaborate better and tap into the creative potential of individuals and teams.
