Impact Evaluation Knowledge Management for Tilitonse Voice & Accountability Civil Society Grants Programme (Malawi), providing expert input on knowledge management strategy for sharing impact evaluation learning throughout the lifecycle of this programme.

The Tilitonse Programme is a multi-donor fund designed to support citizen engagement and enhance accountability, responsiveness, and effectiveness of governance systems in Malawi. It aims to promote civil society engagement and facilitate citizen-government interaction around issues of mutual interest. The program is managed by the Tilitonse Foundation, which also plays a role in convening and lesson learning.
